Scope and goal

This information applies to the public tockets.io website, including event search, filters, event pages, and legal information. Our goal is to make this content usable by as many people as possible, regardless of device, input method, or disability.

Conformance status

Based on our current self-assessment, the website partially conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. A complete independent audit has not yet been completed, so we do not claim full conformance.

Measures already taken

• Use of semantic HTML elements
• ARIA attributes for interactive components
• Keyboard operation of core search and filter functions
• Contrasts and visible focus indicators
• Responsive design for all screen sizes
• Automated axe-core tests plus browser checks

Known limitations

Imported event content and images partly come from third parties and may contain incomplete alternative text or inconsistent structures. Some complex filter and calendar dialogs may not yet work fully with every browser and assistive-technology combination. We review and improve these areas continuously.
